You can update your contact information in your Account Settings portal. 

From there, navigate to the Profile section to edit your information.

If you’d prefer to get some help from our Customer Support Team, you can also email us using the Customer Service Form or call us at 866-260-0361. Our Customer Support representatives are available Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm EST.

Unsubscribing from paid emails

For assistance with limiting how many emails you get,  we encourage you to write a message to our support team using the Customer Service Form. Please specify which publication and type of alert you do not wish to receive.

If you’d prefer to speak over the phone, you can call our  Customer Support Team at 866-260-0361. We are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.

Our team will be able to limit the emails you are receiving while still ensuring that you continue receiving emails from your paid services.

Unsubscribing From E-letters

You can also unsubscribe from free newsletters by clicking the “Unsubscribe here” link at the bottom of the email that you no longer wish to receive.

Most often, if you are not receiving emails, it means that your email service provider thinks they’re Spam.  We recommend checking your spam folder for the missing email and marking it as “Report not Spam”. This will return the email to your general inbox. 

To prevent our emails from being blocked or sent to spam/junk in the future, be sure to “Whitelist” our email address(s). When you Whitelist our email address, you are simply adding our email address to your email address book as a contact.

You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email you received. Emails about your paid subscription may not include an unsubscribe link. If you would like to cancel your subscription please contact our Customer Service team.

If you would like to stop receiving push notifications from our App, access the Settings feature within your smartphone and deactivate the push notifications from there.
