Executive Director Don Yocham knows that feeling all too well.
In his younger days, he competed in triathlons and lived in the gym six days a week.
He’ll still join a pickup rugby game every now and then but, as he’s aged, he just hasn’t been bouncing back like when he was younger.
“Over the last few years, I would feel like I got hit by a Mack truck.”
But now, thanks to CBD, all of that has changed.
